Scholarship for High School Seniors in the Santa Clara County
2014 Year Of The HORSE
All Seniors are invited to apply.
About 10 – 12 Scholarships varies from $200 - $700
Also Letter of Achievement for each student from Government Officials.
Ceremony will be held in San Jose City Hall last week of June.

Scholarship Requirement:
Topic: Submit a picture or photo or drawing or sketch of Chinese theme ( can be an object or person or anything you desire) and write an essay about it in about 1000 words or less.
Submit with the following information:

  • Name in both English and Chinese
  • Address
  • Phone & email
  • School attend
  • University attend & Major
  • Short Resume’ or History about yourself (where you are born or grow up, etc.)
  • Transcript from your School.
  • Your photo (optional)

2012 CACC SCHOLARSHIPS

The Chinese American Chamber of Commerce of Santa Clara Valley is offering Scholarships to Asian high school seniors.

You can be awarded with a scholarship of $200 to $500.

Eligibility Requirements:  

  1. High School juniors and seniors who plan to pursue post secondary education.
  2. Be of Asian descent.
  3. Resident of or attending High School in Santa Clara County.
  4. Have a minimum accumulative GPA of 2.5 and above
  5. Submit a handwritten autobiography in about 100 words.
  6. Submit an essay on “Individual Freedom VS Governmental Control. e.g. mandate Health Insurance.” in about 1000 words.
  7. Complete and submit an application postmarked no later than June 3, 2012.
